Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our gourmet Spanish imports.
How do you ensure the freshness of perishable items during shipping?
We use specialized insulated packaging and non-toxic gel ice packs to maintain optimal temperatures for our jamón, cheeses, and chorizos. We also strategically schedule shipments to avoid weekend transit delays.
Where are your products sourced from?
All our products are directly sourced from artisanal producers across Spain. We prioritize traditional methods and high-quality ingredients, from acorn-fed Ibérico ham to hand-picked Piquillo peppers.
How long will my Jamón last once it arrives?
Vacuum-sealed packs can last up to 6 months in the refrigerator. Once opened, we recommend consuming sliced ham within 2-3 days for the best flavor profile. Whole legs should be kept in a cool, dry place and consumed within 4-6 weeks of carving.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?
Yes, we specialize in gourmet gift boxes. You can select a gift wrap option at checkout and include a personalized message which we will hand-write on a Spanish-themed card.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within North America. Due to strict customs regulations regarding meat and dairy products, international shipping outside of this region is restricted to non-perishable pantry items only.
